USB express solidarity with the French workers who condemn the budget proposals presented by the Prime Minister were immediately and denounce the elimination of two public holidays, cuts to public services, the undermining of labor rights, yet another reform of unemployment insurance, the freezing of social benefits and the salaries of civil servants and contract workers, the deindexation of retirement pensions, the doubling of medical deductibles, the undermining of the fifth week of paid vacation. We support the French workers’ struggle for dignified wages and working conditions, for hope, social justice, and fiscal justice.

We are living a phase of war, the EU and european government are following only the increase of the defense and military expenses, under the NATO umbrella only war is the way. A new wave of struggles around Europe is going on, underscores once again in practice the refusal of workers to pay the cost of the crisis and the wars of the bourgeoisie.

Today it is of enormous importance that our common struggles for the overthrow of the barbarity we live in grow stronger everywhere.
