In the framework of the WFTU Youth Committee meeting, a seminar on Social Classes was successfully held. The WFTU General Secretary, George Mavrikos, delivered an introductory speech to the young trade unionists, underlining the importance of the class analysis of society for the struggles of the present and future.

The youngsters showed a keen interest for the WFTU view on social classes nowadays and made important inputs, based on the experience in their countries as well.

This seminar has been the inauguration of the WFTU trade union training year for 2018.
