As the class oriented union of transport workers in Turkey, Nakliyat-İş, we strongly condemn the homicide committed by a killer from GLS/SEAM Company in Italy. We deeply regret to be informed that Abd Elsalam Ahmed Eldanf, an active unionist from USB-Italy was run over and killed dastardly by a truck during a strike with picket to the GLS in Piacenza.
It is an undeniable fact that this is a real assassination committed against not only a unionist but also the whole international working class. This is just an example of the intimidation policies implemented by Capitalist against the organized struggle of working class in every part of the world.

Nakliyat-İş expresses solidarity with the brother union USB that carries out its militant struggle in Italy. We have no doubt that the struggle of international working class will gain its deserved victory sooner or later.
