In Greece, Italy and throughout Europe, there is a wide-ranging attack on workers' rights and trade union rights.

In Italy, too, the government is once again aiming for the right to strike and the right to organise.

The Italian Government, in agreement with the trade unions that are accomplices to the CSI, is about to pass a law on trade union representation that aims to limit to friendly confederations the right to organize workers, to participate in negotiations and elections in the workplace, to proclaim strikes.

We are by your side because we are working together to establish the international class union,

we are by your side because your struggle is our struggle.
