The Ukrainian Embassy in Rome has announced that it has acquired information on the visit made by you in the people's Republic of Lugansk in violation of internal rules of entry of foreigners in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

The regulations shall provide for the access to the affected areas it  occurs via the control points located on Ukrainian territory, upon proof of possession of a passport valid, regular entrance title in the country and the special permit, issued by the territorial body of the state migration service.

In this regard I wish to inform you that, as formally announced by the Ukrainian activities, yours behavior has integrated case punishable under Art.332, paragraph 1, of the local penal code.
I would also draw your attention to the non-recognition on Italy of the so-called self-proclaimed authorities in Lugansk, such as guidance in compliance with all of the European Union member countries.
